Tai'an Qicheng Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tai'an Qicheng), located at the foot of Mountain Tai, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bohai Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. which is an affiliated enterprise of BHAP - a subsidiary of BAIC Group.
